MEET THE TEAM
Dr. Archie MacLellan (Principal Dentist)
BDS (CMD), BSc. (Hons.), MFDS RCPS (Gla.). GDC 283206
Archie joined Union Dental and Facial Solutions in 2021, bringing with him a strong academic and clinical background. He graduated with Commendation from the University of Glasgow in 2019, having previously completed an Honours Degree in Neuroscience at the University of St. Andrews. Since qualifying, Archie has pursued advanced training in implant placement, orthodontics, and composite bonding, and has been admitted to the prestigious Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons.
He is currently undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma in Implant Placement and Restorative Dentistry, with aspirations to progress to a Master’s degree in the same field. Passionate about all aspects of general dentistry, Archie is particularly committed to developing long-term, trusting relationships with his patients and delivering care tailored to their individual needs.


Dr. Diana Inkster (Principal Dentist)

Diana graduated from Glasgow University with Honours in 2019. She completed her VT training year in Ayrshire in 2020 before taking on two additional training years in Dundee and Inverness in oral surgery, paediatric dentistry, orthodontics and sedation dentistry. Diana gained membership in the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians of Glasgow in 2021. Diana's main area of interest is oral surgery, and she divides her time between her practice and the Oral Surgery unit at Raigmore Hospital. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Implant and Restorative Dentistry. Diana can also provide facial aesthetic treatments, clear aligner orthodontics, and treatment for clenching and jaw joint issues, including snoring devices.
Dr. John Barry (Dentist)

John graduated from The University of Cork in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery and has been practising dentistry in the Highlands for over 30 years. A leader in the local dental community, he has successfully run several dental practices. He has extensive knowledge of general dentistry, facial aesthetics, implant dentistry and orthodontics – his expertise in orthodontics was instrumental in bringing clear aligners (Invisalign) to the Highlands. He has trained with some of the industry's most innovative professionals, including the founders of the Bicon implant system and Professor Bob Khanna in facial aesthetics. John has been a dedicated mentor to young colleagues, having trained seven vocational trainee dental graduates.


Dr. Reddy Nallamilli (Oral Surgeon)

Reddy graduated with a Gold Medal in Oral Surgery in 1995 and has since built a distinguished 30-year career in the field. He has held several esteemed hospital positions across India and the UK, including at the internationally respected Cambridge University Hospitals. He currently serves as a Consultant Oral Surgeon with NHS Highland.
Over the course of his career, Reddy has developed in-depth expertise across a wide range of implant systems and has mentored numerous young surgeons, contributing significantly to the next generation of oral healthcare professionals. In addition to his clinical work, Reddy is deeply committed to charitable causes. He is a trustee of Friends of the Craniofacial Center Nepal, a charity that provides free, life-changing treatment for children born with cleft lip and palate.
Miss Gill Naisby (Dental Therapist)

Gill began her dental career in 1997, nursing at her family's Dental Practice. She later trained as a Dental Therapist, graduating from The University of the Highlands and Islands in 2016. She enjoys all aspects of General Dentistry and finds working with anxious patients to be hugely rewarding. She enjoys witnessing patients grow in confidence and eventually achieve their dream smile. Outside of work her main focus is her friends, family and her little granddaughter, Junie.


Anita (Practice Manager)
Anita began her career in dentistry in 2012, starting as a dental nurse before progressing into her current role as Practice Manager. She takes great pride in welcoming patients and ensuring their experience is smooth, positive, and stress-free from start to finish.
Outside of work, Anita and her husband love exploring the Highlands and discovering new places with their beloved cocker spaniel, Autumn. Passionate about her profession, Anita looks forward to continuing her journey in dentistry—supporting a fantastic team and caring for the wonderful patients who walk through the door.
CONOR (DENTAL NURSE)

Conor joined Union Dental & Facial Solutions in 2022 as a Trainee Dental Nurse and has since completed the qualification. He has subsequently accepted a position with the University of the Highlands and Islands to advance his studies with a BSc in Oral Health Science.
He thoroughly enjoys the mix of responsibilities that come with his job and the challenges they bring every day. The most enjoyable aspect of Dentistry, in his opinion, is seeing patients “get their smile back” and leave showing it off.
When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his fiancée, walking his dog, Poncho, watching football and playing ice hockey.


Emma (Dental Nurse)

Emma qualified as a dental nurse in 2012 and later completed an impression-taking course in 2018. She has experience in General Dentistry, Implants, and Orthodontics. Her favourite part of working in dentistry is working with patients and seeing their confidence soar as their smiles are restored. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, little girl, and her two doggies, Mitzi and Benji. She also loves hitting the gym, going shopping, and having nights out with her friends.
Nikki (Dental Nurse)

Nikki joined the team at Union Dental & Facial Solutions in 2022 as a trainee dental nurse and has since passed her dental nursing exams to become qualified. Her favourite thing about nursing and dentistry is helping our patients overcome their fear of visiting the dentist. She also enjoys seeing nervous patients become comfortable with our team and even enjoys a laugh and a joke while in the dental chair! In her free time, her British Shorthair Cat keeps her busy along with her wee nephew, who she loves to spend time with.

Sam (Dental Nurse)

Sam began her career in dental nursing in 2003 and qualified in 2007. Passionate about oral surgery and the transformative power of modern dentistry, she finds deep satisfaction in helping patients regain their confidence-an experience that never loses its impact.
She is currently expanding her skill set through a radiography course, further deepening her clinical knowledge to better support both patients and the wider dental team.
Outside of work, she enjoys wild swimming, lifting weights at the gym, and spending time with friends. She cherishes life with her husband, their son, and their two furry companions—Duke the dog and Benji the cat. She believes in balance and brings that same energy and focus into every aspect of her professional life.
